Becton, Dickinson, and Company in Franklin Lakes, NJ, is seeking a Manager, Pricing Strategy & Governance to lead pricing governance, strategy, and analytics for the US Specimen Management team. You will build and maintain pricing processes, models, and reports to improve pricing decisions and drive profitability.

In this role you will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Operations to set prices, develop pricing corridors, forecast changes, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ in pricing, marketing, contracting, finance, strategic planning, health economics, or a related role.
• Strong problem solving with large data sets and customer insights to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage pricing governance processes and tools.
• Forecast price changes for financial projections.
• Lead annual list price and distributor acquisition price setting.
• Develop pricing corridors with target, floor, and list prices and SKU ladders.
