Job summary
Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking a Senior Supply Chain leader in Franklin Lakes, NJ to drive global supply chain strategy for Lab Specimen Management. You will be a strategic liaison among global operations, regional leaders, customer needs, and executives, fueling service excellence, inventory optimization, and cost savings.
Lead a large global team, champion transformation programs, and push standardization across SAP, APS, and BI tools.
Qualifications
- BS in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance or Engineering.
- 10 years progressive management experience in Supply Chain/Operations.
- Experience leading cross functional teams and driving consensus in decision making.
- International experience; travel up to 10% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement global supply chain strategies aligned with objectives.
- Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning process at multiple levels.
- Drive Demand-Driven Value Network transformation for cost and service goals.
- Partner with Manufacturing Leaders to align operations with platform goals.
- Deploy long-term planning strategies and capital investments.
- Own end-to-end supply planning with a Zero Backorder mentality.
- Develop and implement Global Inventory Strategy using MEIO.
- Lead supply chain network to deliver OTIF performance.
- Drive capacity vs. demand insights and inventory health reviews.
- Lead BD Control Tower deployment for high service levels.
