Kelly Services is seeking a Director, Lead Pricing Specialist to guide enterprise deal shaping and advisory across global opportunities. Based in Europe with remote and on-site client engagement, you will influence pursuit strategy, design innovative pricing, and lead complex financial analyses.

You will partner with senior leaders to balance profitability, client value, and scalability, while mentoring the pricing team and driving capability building across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience across MSP, RPO, Talent Advisory, Direct Sourcing, SOW, Managed Services, and contingent workforce solutions.
• Proven experience shaping complex deals by evaluating operating models, pricing, financial structures, contractual terms, client requirements, and delivery considerations.
• Deep knowledge of workforce economics, labor-market dynamics, and margin optimization.
• Expert ability to develop and analyze multi-year financial models with scenario planning and forecasting.
• Strong Excel expertise with advanced modeling, Power Query, and data visualization; experience with Power BI/Tableau/SQL.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, gainshare models, service credits, risk allocation, and commercial structures.
• Ability to assess market dynamics and client buying behavior to craft differentiated commercial strategies.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to improve decision making.
