Job summary

Asana, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Strategy Director to shape and execute its monetization strategy across enterprise platforms.

You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to design pricing, packaging, and discount structures that drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer value. You’ll collaborate across functions to launch data-driven pricing programs, monitor performance, and present strategic recommendations to the executive team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pricing experience in strategy consulting / B2B software.
• 2+ years in pricing at enterprise-level SaaS companies.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of SaaS pricing, self-serve (product-led) and sales-lead GTM.
• Ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize pricing, packaging, and discount strategies.
• Analyze operating metrics, customer data, and market trends to spot monetization opportunities.
• Develop strategies for short-term and long-term monetization opportunities.
• Design and execute analyses to support strategic recommendations.
