Job summary

Western Union seeks a Senior Analyst, Pricing Strategy to deliver data-driven insights that inform pricing decisions and drive business performance. You will develop scalable pricing tools, automate reporting, and identify growth opportunities across a global organization.

The role combines advanced analytics with strategic thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. Hybrid work from the New York office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, pricing, strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel and other analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for pricing decisions.
• Design, automate, and enhance analytics processes, dashboards, and pricing models.
• Translate findings into experiments and test-and-learn initiatives for pricing and revenue growth.
• Support planning, execution, and tracking of strategic pricing initiatives with KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align pricing strategies.
• Present complex findings clearly to leaders and executives.
