Job summary

Western Union seeks a Senior Analyst, Pricing Strategy to deliver data-driven insights that inform pricing decisions and drive business performance. You will develop scalable pricing tools, automate reporting, and identify growth opportunities across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, pricing, strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel and other analytics tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive, resilient mindset, with a passion for uncovering insights, challenging assumptions, navigating ambiguity, and continuously pursuing solutions to complex business problems.

Salary

The base salary range is $110,000 – $120,000 USD per year; total on-target earnings include a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
