Job summary

BCLP in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing to join our team and collaborate with Partners, Business Development, and Finance to shape pricing proposals, fee arrangements and profitability analyses.

You will gain exposure to AI-enabled pricing, value-based opportunities, and strategic insights as you support client RFPs, pricing models and delivery optimization within a leading law firm environment.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis or related analytical roles.
Strong Excel proficiency and ability to interpret data clearly.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Interest in legal service delivery and how pricing drives value.
Experience with AI-enabled tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on pricing options for client matters including rates, discounts, fee structures and profitability.
Lead pricing analysis for client RFPs and proposals with Partners, Business Development and Finance teams.
Support fee discussions and client pricing negotiations with commercial recommendations.
Design efficient service delivery models using legal tech, AI tools or alternative resourcing.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability through smarter resourcing and AI-enabled delivery.
Develop awareness of AI impact on matter delivery, effort and value.
