Warner Norcross + Judd seeks a Pricing Analyst to join its growing pricing function. This role delivers financial analysis, pricing support, budgets, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions across practice groups.

You will work with attorneys and business professionals to balance client value with firm economics. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills, 2+ years in financial analysis, and experience with legal pricing structures; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and Aderant is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, budgeting, or related analytical role; law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling; ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Familiarity with legal pricing structures — rates, discount arrangements, budgeting matters, staffing models, and alternative fee arrangements.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Aderant, or similar reporting and law firm financial systems preferred.
• Interest in and experience with professional use of AI tools strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing, budgeting, and financial analysis across matters, including hourly, discounted, and alternative fee arrangements.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to support rates, fee estimates, budgets, and pricing alternatives.
• Support annual client rate-setting and rate review process, with analysis and coordination.
• Conduct post-matter financial analysis to inform pricing of future matters and improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Practice Management, Business Development, Billing, and Intake to ensure accurate pricing execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements and AI-enabled analytics adoption.
