Job summary

BCLP is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing to join our Charlotte team. You will work closely with Partners, Business Development and Finance to develop pricing strategies, commercial recommendations and profitability analyses for client matters.

You will contribute to pricing models, client RFP responses and ongoing initiatives that improve delivery and pricing of legal services, leveraging AI-enabled tools and data to drive value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in pricing, financial/ commercial analysis within professional services or law firms.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to explain financial info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing guidance on client matters, analyze rates, discounts and staffing assumptions.
• Lead pricing analysis for RFPs and proposals with Partners, BD and Finance teams.
• Support fee discussions and negotiations with commercial recommendations and narratives.
