Cardinal Health is seeking a pricing professional to develop, communicate, and lead execution of market strategies and profitability optimization through pricing and value-capture activities at strategic and tactical levels.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, FP&A, and the Revenue Management team in the US to drive price realization initiatives and financial modeling. The role emphasizes data analysis, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, preferred Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SQL and Tableau preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing analytics and recommendations to Marketing and Sales teams.
• Coordinate the annual price review process for assigned products.
• Manage discount and exception approval processes.
• Support profitability analysis through pricing insights.
• Communicate pricing insights across the organization.
