Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a pricing professional to drive revenue management through market pricing intelligence and analytics. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and FP&A to shape pricing strategy, execute price realization initiatives, and support profitability analyses using SAP/ERP-driven insights.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in pricing, strong Excel/SQL skills, and proven cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pricing or revenue-management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide market pricing intelligence, pricing analytics and pricing recommendations to Marketing and Sales teams.
• Understand Product and Category strategy, financial objectives, and Pricing expectations.
• Manage the execution of price realization initiatives and ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business opportunities.
• Data analysis and financial modeling, applying analytics and data visuals to extract insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, FP&A and Revenue Management to design, execute and enhance processes, tools and governance.
• Communicate key pricing insights across the organization and defend them when challenged.
• Manage discount and exception approval processes; support profitability analysis via pricing lens.
• Coordinate the annual price review process for assigned products and maximize customer adoption.
• Standardize contract review processes to identify price increase opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and serve as pricing operations Subject Matter Expert.
