Cardinal Health is seeking a pricing and analytics professional to support Revenue Management across market pricing and profitability initiatives. You will deliver pricing insights, model financial impact, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and FP&A to drive revenue goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of pricing processes and tools within a large healthcare distribution context.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide market pricing intelligence and pricing recommendations to Marketing and Sales.
• Understand product/category strategy, financial objectives, and pricing expectations.
• Manage execution of price realization initiatives and ad-hoc analyses.
• Conduct data analysis and financial modeling to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, FP&A, and Revenue Management teams.
• Communicate pricing insights clearly to stakeholders and defend recommendations.
• Manage discount and exception approval processes and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate annual price reviews for assigned products to drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase price realization and review contracts for price increases.
• Possess SAP or ERP experience as a plus.
• Lead pricing operations improvements as SME.
