The role requires strong Excel, SQL, and Tableau skills, plus experience in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills, SQL and Tableau
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide market pricing intelligence, pricing analytics and pricing recommendations to Marketing and Sales teams.
• Understand product/category strategy, financial objectives, and pricing expectations.
• Manage execution of price realization initiatives and ad-hoc analyses.
• Data analysis and financial modeling to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, FP&A, and Revenue Management to design and improve processes.
• Communicate pricing insights across the organization and handle challenges.
• Coordinate annual price review for assigned products to maximize revenue.
• Standardize contract review to identify price increase opportunities.
• Grasp economic concepts, commercial processes, systems and controls; SAP/ERP familiarity a plus.
• Lead pricing operations as Subject Matter Expert and drive improvements
