DHL Global Forwarding in Houston is seeking a Pricing Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for Air and Ocean pricing, RFQs, and pricing inquiries. This is an on-site role focused on accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction within a dynamic freight environment.

You will report to the Senior Strategic Account Pricing Lead, handle 4+ years’ freight operations experience, use CargoWise CW1 and MS Office, and collaborate with Operations to move awards to implementation.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in Air/Ocean Freight operations, preferably freight forwarding.
• Strong customer service orientation and a can-do attitude.
• Experience in process improvement; Six Sigma a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead ad hoc Air and Ocean pricing requests with KPI targets.
• First point of contact for new pricing enquiries, including RFQ support.
• Act as the customer contact from award to implementation with the Key Account Ops.
• Support customer inquiries when operations need assistance or delays occur.
• Support operations as needed while prioritizing pricing.
• Assist with reports and quarterly business reviews.
• Other tasks as assigned.
