Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC seeks a Pricing Team Member to maintain up-to-date pricing, signage, and labeling across merchandise. You will work with Marketing, Pricing Coordinators, and Zone Teams to ensure pricing standards are met and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities include price audits, seasonal collateral organization, and promoting loyalty programs, with a flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Complete price changes and maintain proper signage and shelf labels for displays.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to meet pricing standards.
• Respond to pricing discrepancies with urgency and resolve the issue.
• Organize seasonal/promotional in-store marketing collateral per schedule.
• Conduct price audit scans for price accuracy.
• Coordinate resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Acquire working knowledge of IT systems and tools to perform duties.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives.
