Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Store Pricing & Signage Specialist to ensure accurate signage and pricing while delivering excellent customer service and a memorable shopping experience.

The ideal schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional night or weekend work and may support company grand opening events; responsibilities include handling signage requests, price checks, department ads, and collaborating with the pricing team.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive and print store signage requests for the departments.
• Scan products for accuracy per daily inspection schedule.
• Respond to cashier requests for price checks or UPC issues.
• Perform all Department Price Changes.
• Prep, Set and take down all Department Ads.
• Communicate with team members, store management and Blain's Pricing and Signing Specialist.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
