Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a Store Pricing & Signage Specialist to deliver excellent customer service and ensure accurate signage and pricing across departments, helping shoppers have a quick, pleasant, and confidence-boosting experience.

The ideal schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional night or weekend work and possible support for grand openings; responsibilities include processing signage requests, verifying UPCs, coordinating price changes, and communicating with store

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Evening shifts and every other weekend required.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and print store signage requests for the departments.
• Scan products for accuracy per daily inspection schedule.
• Respond to Cashier requests for price checks or UPC issues.
• Perform all Department Price Changes.
• Prep, Set and take down all Department Ads.
• Communicate with team members, store management and Blain's Pricing and Signing Specialist.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
