Job summary

Fleet Farm in Winona, MN is seeking a Pricing Team Member to keep store merchandise pricing accurate and up-to-date, in collaboration with the Marketing & Pricing Coordinator and Zone Team Members. You will complete price changes, maintain signage and shelf labels, conduct price audits, resolve discrepancies, coordinate seasonal in-store collateral, and actively promote the Fleet Farm loyalty program.

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and flexible hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Complete price changes and maintain proper signage and shelf labels for all product displays.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to ensure pricing standards are met.
• Response to pricing discrepancies with urgency and resolution steps.
• Organize seasonal/promotional in-store marketing collateral and signing packages.
• Conduct price audit scans to ensure price accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Acquire knowledge of IT systems and tools to fulfill responsibilities.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other initiatives.
