Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Pricing Team Member in Oakdale, MN. The role focuses on keeping product pricing accurate and up-to-date, maintaining proper signage, and supporting in-store marketing collateral to align with seasonal promotions.

You will work with management and zone teams to ensure pricing standards are consistently met. The position requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete price changes and maintain signage and shelf labels.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to meet pricing standards.
• Respond to pricing discrepancies with urgency to resolve the issue.
• Organize seasonal/promotional signage and in-store marketing collateral.
• Conduct price audit scans to ensure price accuracy.
• Coordinate resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Gain working knowledge of IT systems used for pricing tasks.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives.
