Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Store Pricing & Signage Specialist to ensure accurate signage and pricing across departments. You will deliver excellent customer service and support store operations with various pricing-related tasks.

The role typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional night or weekend work to assist with grand openings and special events. Prior retail experience is preferred and a background check will be required.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills are essential.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure accurate store signage and pricing.
• Print and manage department signage requests.
• Respond to price checks or UPC issues from cashiers.
• Perform department price changes and ads setup.
• Coordinate with team members and store management.
