Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a Store Pricing & Signage Specialist to maintain accurate pricing and signage and to assist customers with a memorable shopping experience.

This role typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional nights or weekends, and may support grand openings. You will handle signage requests, perform price changes, print ads, and collaborate with store teams to ensure pricing accuracy, planograms, and compliance with loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities and customer service mindset.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and every other weekend.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure accurate signage and pricing.
• Receive and print department signage requests.
• Scan products for accuracy per daily schedule.
• Respond to cashier price checks or UPC issues.
• Perform department price changes.
• Prep, set and take down department ads.
• Coordinate with pricing team and signage specialists.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
