Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to manage data and communicate price and service changes across Resource Solutions Retail and Commercial accounts. The role acts as a liaison among teams to ensure accurate pricing is recorded.

The position focuses on setup in SoftPak, data accuracy, and interdepartmental coordination, with a strong emphasis on Office 365 tools and SharePoint for contract data management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and related platforms.
• Familiarity with business database systems.
• Team-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with vendors, customers, and internal teams to set up commercial and retail accounts in SoftPak.
• Collects service pricing and account information from sales reps and vendors to service accounts outside Casella's footprint.
• Coordinates pricing and service changes between management levels and internal/external teams.
• Performs CRS account setup, billing, and intercompany linked accounts.
• Maintains data files of service and price changes and the contract database in SharePoint.
• Sends setup sheets and letters for new accounts and forwards cancellation notices.
• Enters and verifies sales figures and maintains organized electronic files.
• Participates in training to expand knowledge of the company, products, and services.
