Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to resolve pricing discrepancies on warehouse and DSD invoices. You will coordinate with CSLs, brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and maintain pricing data and calendars. Strong attention to detail and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Preferred education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, pricing, or data-related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily reporting to track pricing discrepancies in SAP for warehouse orders and Envision for DSD tickets.
• Review and identify pricing discrepancies for EDI warehouse orders and DSD/DEX transactions; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with CSLs, Sales Finance, and cross-functional teams to support timely resolution of pricing issues.
• Maintain reporting tools and trackers to monitor results and ensure process consistency.
• Assist with static calendar management and event approval tracking.
• Monitor e4 event approvals for assigned regions and follow up with field sales.
• Support internal audit activities for the deduction settlement process.
