Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years CRM experience required.
• MS Dynamics preferred; 2-4 years of cross‑functional project experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Process: coordinate training and resources to keep the sales team updated on processes and functionality.
• Sales Technology Administration: ensure data capture is accurate and CRM systems meet business needs; provide guidance and issue resolution.
• Change Management: define and champion efficient, replicable change processes; manage timelines and approvals.
• Sales Culture: build a unified, collaborative team across the organization; foster cross-department relationships.
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to support the company’s vision and mission.
