Job summary

Industrious is seeking a Pricing Analyst, Revenue Management, to own pricing execution for our North America private office portfolio. You will manage ~200 price changes monthly, analyze variances, and collaborate with General Managers to optimize occupancy and RevPAR.

You'll build pricing logic, maintain pricing platforms, and communicate recommendations clearly to field leadership. This role offers visibility across the business and opportunities to expand into new products and regions.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data to recommend pricing changes.
• Ability to run variance or deep-dive analyses.
• Proven track record building relationships with operational teams.
• Experience with pricing systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate, on-schedule pricing changes across ~200 price adjustments per month.
• Diagnose underperforming units or segments via variance analysis.
• Build trusted relationships with General Managers.
• Run the renewal process end to end.
• Document pricing logic and decision processes.
• Report on key revenue metrics (Price/Seat, Occupancy, RevPAR).
