Job summary

RS Americas seeks a Pricing Manager to lead the Margin Management team across the Americas. You will guide pricing analysts and collaborate with finance, product, sales, and IT to deliver competitive, margin-optimizing pricing across millions of SKUs.

You will set priorities, drive pricing governance, and manage a team of analysts to improve price realization, track margin performance, and support pricing system enhancements in a fast-moving industrial distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, analytics, or finance within B2B distribution/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Strong data-to-insight skills with large datasets.
• Experience with pricing methods including cost-plus and margin-based pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop pricing team, set priorities, coach performance.
• Oversee pricing execution including benchmarking and updates.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness across large SKU catalog and online channels.
• Establish pricing governance and approval frameworks.
