Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Manager of Product Pricing Programs to lead pricing strategies for SOURCE products and related services. You will manage item-level pricing, review customer requests, and maintain the data and tech needed for pricing success, while collaborating with Sales, IT, and Finance to maximize revenue and margins.

The role emphasizes pricing governance, competitive insight, and proactive pricing updates across distribution channels with a focus on category

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in a product pricing role or data-heavy pharma role.
• Ability to complete ad-hoc analyses on disparate data sets.
• Experience with pricing strategies, processes, pricing systems and financial modeling.
• Capable of working independently with general guidance on new projects.
• Generic pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate price requests against data to determine optimal item price.
• Lead pricing changes to refresh current dynamics.
• Maintain technology supporting the pricing programs.
• Engage with customers and sales on pricing topics.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales IT, and Finance for success.
• Provide pricing insights to drive sales and margins.
• Own Product Floor Pricing and communicate updates.
• Oversee Min Net Markup pricing process and enhancements.
