Job summary

Century HVAC Distributing is seeking a Pricing and Product Manager in Dallas to develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize profit and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work with marketing, sales, and finance to create pricing models, roadmaps, and product features based on customer feedback and business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in pricing/finance, strong analytical skills, and HVAC experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, and / or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical software.
• HVAC industry experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Develop pricing strategies and models that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to implement pricing strategies and product needs.
• Monitor and analyze pricing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.

• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations.
