Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–12 years in pricing, sales operations, deal desk, or related functions.
• 8+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading pricing governance, price realization, and margin improvement.
• Experience owning or partnering on pricing systems (CPQ, CRM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for price-getting strategy, governance execution, and deal support.
• Partner with Sales, Business Desk, Finance, and Product to align pricing with market priorities.
• Own and evolve pricing governance frameworks for consistency and accountability.
• Define guardrails, approval processes, and escalation paths for speed and discipline.
• Drive initiatives to improve price attainment and reduce unnecessary discounts.
• Enable Sales and Business Desk with guidance, tools, and insights for pricing decisions.
• Support training and change management for pricing standards and capabilities.
• Oversee pricing systems and tooling governance and roadmap; scale deal guardrails.
