Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Senior Director of Cloud Revenue Operations to lead the cloud revenue transformation across the customer lifecycle. You will serve as the operational architect for our cloud business, driving recurring and consumption-based revenue models and aligning with sales, finance, product, and engineering.

This executive will modernize people, processes, data, systems, and analytics to accelerate growth, improve adoption, and maximize lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles in enterprise tech.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and large-scale transformations.
• Proven experience supporting cloud, SaaS, subscription, or consumption-based businesses.
• Deep expertise in recurring revenue models, ARR management, and retention strategies.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end Revenue Operations transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the cloud transformation strategy and execution across Sales, CS, Finance, Product, Marketing and IT.
• Design a scalable cloud revenue operating model for subscription and usage-based models.
• Modernize cloud GTM systems, tools, and technologies for seamless experience.
• Develop multi-year transformation roadmap to simplify workflows and automate processes.
• Establish governance for cloud processes from acquisition to retention.
• Partner with Finance to measure ARR, consumption revenue, renewals, and expansion.
• Create executive dashboards to monitor cloud performance and outcomes.
• Lead a global revenue operations team and drive execution excellence.
