Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in The Colony, TX, seeks merchandisers to uphold store pricing standards and assist customers. This is a flexible opening with both full-time and part-time roles in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll label merchandise, maintain TOD pricing, support returns, and collaborate with department managers. Requires at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication, and good computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of store management and associates.
• Proficient computer skills and internet coordination experience.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise lacking vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Demonstrate understanding of safe lifting SOP and comply with it.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Replace outdated signage with updated prices.
• Return products to correct home locations after returns.
• Stock and organize products according to Floor & Decor standards.
• Email in-store moves and non-scanning SKU product updates to team.
