Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking associates to maintain store merchandising standards and pricing integrity. The role involves managing price changes, SKU labeling, and processing returns.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with starting pay at $18/hr based on experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficient computer and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail sales experience or equivalent to perform essential functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Follow safe lifting SOPs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Replace outdated signage after price changes.
• Return products to correct home locations after returns.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Email communicates in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs.
• Coordinate with Dept Managers on SKUs and price changes.
