Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Store Merchandise Associate to maintain pricing, label products, and process returns in Frederick, MD. You will use the TOD system, assist customers with product selection, and ensure signage reflects current prices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to coordinate online.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to the sales floor.
• Follow safe lifting SOP and store procedures.
• Assist customers as a product knowledge expert and answer questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products; update outdated signage.
• Return products to correct home locations after customer returns.
