Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking staff to maintain store merchandising standards and pricing integrity in a fast-paced retail setting. Positions available in both full-time and part-time formats, with emphasis on accuracy, customer service, and teamwork across store management and associates.

Employees will handle pricing, tagging, stock, and signage, working with TOD tools and collaborating with department managers to ensure accurate SKUs and price changes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise lacking vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Follow safe lifting SOPs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions as a product knowledge expert.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Replace outdated signage after price changes.
• Return products to proper locations after returns.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKU products via email.
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKUs, price changes, and returns.
