Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise missing vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Adhere to company safety SOPs and lifting guidelines.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions as a product knowledge expert.
• Create price tags and signage for all products and update outdated signage.
• Return products to correct home locations after returns.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Communicate store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email.
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKU, price changes, and returns.
