Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a detail-oriented team member to maintain store merchandising standards and pricing integrity. You will manage price changes, label SKUs, and process returns while helping customers with product selection and information.

Work in a fast-paced environment, using the TOD system to tag and update prices. The role includes creating signage, keeping shelves stocked, and coordinating with department managers on SKUs and price changes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with management and associates.
• Solid computer skills and ability to handle internet-based coordination.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using Tags-On-Demand (TOD) mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise that does not have vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable products to the sales floor.
• Comply with store safety SOPs for lifting and handling.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
