Floor & Decor is seeking a store merchandising & pricing associate to maintain pricing integrity and assist customers in selecting products. The role requires 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education and strong communication skills.

Position offers full-time and part-time hours, with benefits and opportunities for advancement. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse-style retail environment with emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise lacking vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by reinserting saleable products to the sales floor.
• Follow store SOP for safe lifting practices.
• Assist customers as a product knowledge expert and answer product questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Replace outdated signage with updated prices.
• Return products to correct locations after returns.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Notify via email about in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs.
• Coordinate with Department Managers on SKU creation, price changes, and returns.
