Job summary

This role involves managing price changes, labeling SKUs with the TOD system, and assisting customers as a product knowledge expert. This position supports returns and signage updates, follows safety SOPs, and collaborates with department managers on SKU needs and price changes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise that does not have vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor.
• Demonstrate understanding and comply with safe lifting SOPs.
• As a product knowledge expert, assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Replace outdated signage after price changes.
• Return products to correct home locations after customer returns.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email.
• Partner with Department Managers on SKUs, price changes and returns.
