Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Price Yield Manager within the DSP Finance Pricing & Deals group. You will own deal desk incentive evaluation, credit/credit make-good negotiations, and margin analysis while partnering with Sales leadership to structure deals that protect Yahoo's financial health.

The role combines deal economics, business partnership, and ongoing margin monitoring. You will translate deal data into actionable recommendations, embrace AI-enabled tools, and work across regions to

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pricing, yield management, revenue operations, or a related analytical/finance role.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills; able to build and defend complex deal economics.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead conversations with senior Sales stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities across Sales, Finance and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and structure short-term incentive requests and make-good/credit negotiations with Sales to protect margin.
• Support economic analysis and modeling for advertiser and agency deals, projecting revenue and margin impact.
• Conduct DSP margin and profitability analysis and surface trends affecting operational margin.
• Deliver monthly RNOT readouts and variance commentary to VP-level FP&A stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline deal modeling, reporting, and margin analysis.
• Maintain ad hoc coverage of data pricing and deal desk requests across regions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Revenue Controllership, and Client Services on contract terms and margin initiatives.
