Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Price Yield Manager for the DSP Finance Pricing & Deals group. You will own deal desk incentive evaluation, credit/credit negotiations, and margin analysis, partnering with Sales leadership to structure deals that protect Yahoo's financial health.

This role combines deal economics, business partnership, and ongoing margin monitoring. You will translate deal data into actionable recommendations and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and scale impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pricing, yield management, revenue operations, or related analytical/finance work, preferably in digital advertising.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills; can build and defend complex deal economics under time pressure.
• Ability to lead conversations directly with senior Sales stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Experience leveraging analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and structure short-term incentive requests and make-good/credit negotiations with Sales to protect margin.
• Support economic analysis and modeling for advertiser and agency deals, projecting revenue, RNOT, and margin impact.
• Conduct DSP margin and profitability analysis, identifying trends affecting operational margin.
• Deliver monthly RNOT readouts and variance commentary to VP-level FP&A stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline deal modeling, reporting, and margin analysis.
• Support cross-region data pricing and deal desk requests as needed.
• Collaborate with Legal, Revenue Controllership, and Client Services on contracts and margin initiatives.
