Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. seeks a Price Yield Manager to join the DSP Finance Pricing & Deals group. You will own deal desk incentive evaluation, credit and make-good negotiations, and DSP margin analysis, while partnering with Sales leadership to structure deals that protect Yahoo's financial health.

This role combines deal economics, business partnership, and ongoing margin monitoring. The ideal candidate is independent, solves complex pricing problems, and translates data into actionable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pricing, yield management, revenue operations, or related analytical/finance role, preferably in digital advertising.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills; able to build, maintain, and defend complex deal economics.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead conversations with senior Sales stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging analytics, automation, or AI tools to improve efficiency in reporting or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and structure short-term incentive requests and make-good/credit negotiations with Sales to protect margin.
• Support economic analysis and modeling for advertiser and agency deals, projecting revenue, RNOT, and margin impact.
• Conduct DSP margin and profitability analysis and surface trends affecting operational margin.
• Deliver monthly RNOT readouts and variance commentary to VP-level FP&A stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline deal modeling, reporting, and margin analysis.
• Maintain ad hoc coverage of data pricing and deal desk requests across regions as needed.
• Collaborate with Legal, Revenue Controllership, and Client Services on contract terms and margin initiatives.
