Job Overview

The Pricing Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's pricing policies, processes, and terms for all non-contract pricing. This role is vital in driving profitability by aligning pricing strategies with business goals and market conditions. The manager will analyze market trends, develop pricing catalogs, and oversee pricing deviations and approvals, ensuring compliance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish and Maintain Pricing Catalogs: Develop and update pricing catalogs for OEM parts, spares, and repairs bi-annually, ensuring compliance with policies and margins. Enhance SAP processes for referencing contractual and customer pricing.
2. Create and Implement Pricing Policies: Develop, document, and communicate pricing policies, providing training and updates to relevant teams.
3. Conduct Pricing Analyses: Perform regular analyses to ensure competitiveness and profitability, identifying margin improvement opportunities and monitoring industry trends.
4. Set and Enforce Pricing Controls: Establish thresholds and alerts in SAP, automate workflows, and develop dashboards for performance visibility.
5. Manage Deviations and Approvals: Act as the primary contact for deviation requests, approving or rejecting based on policies and market conditions.
6. Review Aftermarket Pricing: Periodically review aftermarket pricing strategies for alignment with market and profitability goals.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in pricing management, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing. Knowledge of SAP and industry-specific requirements. Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills, with experience in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
