Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue management, or related fields.
• Experience in conducting pricing analyses and making data-informed recommendations.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support adoption and use of the PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management system.
• Assist in price optimization, market and competition analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Conduct regular pricing reviews to evaluate effectiveness and provide insights.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to implement pricing actions.
• Maintain pricing governance processes for consistency and policy alignment.
• Monitor the PROS pricing system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide support to senior pricing leadership and mentor junior team members when needed.
• Work with IT and data teams to support data integration and reporting within PROS.
