Qualifications

• 15+ years in retail/CPG/consulting with rising responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance preferred
• 8+ years in building and leading teams
• Expert knowledge of multi-channel retail pricing
• Broad knowledge of pricing, forecasting, segmentation
• Experience with pricing tools and third-party data
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership
• Strong communication across levels and change leadership
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise pricing vision, strategy, and operating model
• Own and evolve pricing strategy across channels and geographies
• Modernize pricing capabilities, analytics, and decision-support tools
• Advise executives and align resources to maximize performance
• Build a high-performing Strategic Pricing organization and CoE
• Drive enterprise governance and standardized processes for pricing decisions
• Lead transformation initiatives leveraging new technologies and models
• Develop talent through coaching, succession planning, and recruitment
