Job summary

MacLean Power Systems (MPS) is seeking a Director of Pricing in Fort Mill, SC to lead pricing strategy and a team of pricing professionals. You will work across sales, finance, product management, and marketing to set and deploy pricing that drives revenue growth and profitability.

The role requires 10+ years in pricing/revenue management with 5+ years in senior leadership, plus strong analytics and ERP experience. A competitive compensation package is offered with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis; 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong pricing strategy and market dynamics understanding in manufacturing.
• Proficient in data analytics tools (Excel/Tableau/SQL), pricing software, and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing models and strategies to grow revenue and margins across product lines.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, product management, and marketing to communicate pricing strategy.
• Oversee pricing deployment and annual price renewal processes; ensure accuracy in sales channels.
• Use pricing analytics to monitor performance and report on profitability and competitiveness.
• Manage and develop pricing analysts and managers; foster high-performance culture.
• Ensure pricing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
