Qualifications

• 3-5 years of pricing experience in aerospace or industrial sectors.
• Strong pricing knowledge across cost-plus, value-based and market-driven methods.
• Ability to lead and develop a pricing team with cross-functional partners.
• High attention to detail with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with complex, nuanced data sets.
• Ability to assess willingness to pay and convert it into pricing actions.
• Strong communication skills to influence Sales, Commercial Ops and Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pricing team.
• Own pricing strategy and execution across product lines and customer segments.
• Evaluate and approve pricing recommendations ensuring margin and revenue targets.
• Apply pricing principles including willingness-to-pay analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial Ops, and Supply Chain on RFQs and proposals.
• Analyze cost structures, market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Drive pricing process improvements, data quality and governance.
• Support business cases for strategic opportunities (inventory investments, bundling).
