Our team is looking for a Pricing Manager at our Chatsworth, CA office- The Manager of Pricing will lead the pricing function responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies across Ontic's aerospace portfolio. This role is critical in driving revenue, margin performance, and commercial decision-making in a complex, high-mix environment. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, a deep understanding of pricing strategies, and the ability to navigate nuanced data and business cases. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the pricing team

To be considered for the Pricing Manager opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• 3-5 Years of relative experience
• Strong pricing experience required (aerospace or industrial preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with complex, imperfect, or nuanced data sets
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies (cost-plus, value-based, market-driven)
• Ability to assess customer willingness to pay and translating into pricing decisions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment ("startup mentality")
