Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Contract Coordinator to manage contracts and addenda, maintain pricing schedules, issue starts, audit data, and obtain VPF approval to issue work orders for production homes. This role ensures pricing schedules are approved and that production flows remain uninterrupted.

The position also supports cross-functional teams and performs weekly data audits from JDE, helping resolve billing issues with Accounts Payable and Subcontractors while processing contract

Responsibilities

• Maintain item prices and take-offs in Bill of Material module within JDE at project level and global level in multiple divisions
• Obtain Division Purchasing approval of project contract and/or Bill of Material setup for new plan adds or new communities
• Resolve billing issues between Accounts Payable and Subcontractors
• Process contract changes, field measurement items, lot level overrides, and refreshing work orders per division request
• Seek Vice President of Finance approval for any retroactive price increase requests
• Create and maintain Work Order Template
• Create Bill of Material Mass upload documentation to enter into JDE based on division directives
• Run Duplicate Commit report for LC commitments to verify data accuracy
