Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking a Pricing/Contract Analyst to analyze, implement, administer, and maintain standard, promotional, and custom contracts. You will collaborate with Sales, Distribution Center Management, and leadership to support pricing, profitability, compliance, and contract performance.

You will monitor contract pricing updates, analyze margins, and prepare data-driven proposals. Strong analytics, attention to detail, and cross-functional teamwork are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contracts comply with policies and requirements.
• Update pricing based on cost information for monthly/quarterly updates.
• Review contract margins on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Compile contract data to support IT with system updates.
• Communicate contract changes to internal stakeholders via memos, emails, bulletins.
• Support spreadsheet, reporting, data analysis, and other analytical projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve pricing and profitability issues.

The Pricing/Contract Analyst will analyze, implement, administer, and maintain standard, promotional, and custom contracts. This role works closely with Sales Representatives, Distribution Center Management, and leadership to support contract pricing, profitability, compliance, and ongoing contract performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, administer, extend, and terminate contracts.
• Formulate and coordinate contract proposals for leadership and Sales Representatives.
• Partner with Distribution Center Management and Sales Representatives to develop contract price bids and evaluate profitability.
• Monitor contract performance and determine the need for amendments or extensions.
• Ensure contracts remain compliant with established policies and requirements.
• Update contract pricing based on new manufacturer cost information for monthly and quarterly updates.
• Review contract margins on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Compile contract data to support IT with monthly and quarterly system/dealer updates.
• Communicate contract changes to internal stakeholders through memos, emails, and bulletins.
• Support spreadsheet, reporting, data analysis, and other analytical projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve contract, pricing, and profitability-related issues.
