Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance.
• Prior experience in Medical Devices preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint and have advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with remote sites & business partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales team to assist in the management of contracts and pricing as it relates to customers and contractual requirements.
• Own contract creation from development to execution utilizing internal Abbott and external customer templates as well as creation of custom language.
• Work within guidelines for contract approvals, pricing approvals, and contract creation; seek approvals when outside guidelines.
• Understand contractual obligations and impacts on contracting processes and products.
• Review and redline business contract terms; coordinate with internal stakeholders for customer edits.
